What do I need for my membership?
What do I need for my membership? Urban Sports Club is an exclusively digital membership, which means you can only check in to sports with our app. You can download the app for free from the Google Play Store or the App Store. You need to have an iOS or Android smartphone, as well as a working internet connection.
How do I book and visit venues?
You can find our range of sports activities on our website or directly in our app. When you arrive at a venue, you can check in by scanning the Urban Sports Club QR code displayed near the entrance. Some activities may require advanced booking.
Can I pause or cancel my membership anytime?
You can pause your membership at any time, starting from the next membership month. Our M, L and XL membership plans require one full month’s notice before cancellation, so your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the following membership month. S membership plans require three months' notice.
