Integral Relaxing Massage, also for pregnants,

I am offering fascia touch, deep release massages, done with oil and OE essentials oils used in aromatherapies.
You will have a calm and spacious room to relax and receive body work, while listening to calm music. For the massage you will have a warm mattress, covered by warm blankets to remain the body warm while passively receiving the touch.
As a Doula of birth, I can also work with the pregnant body as well, which helps balancing trigger points and well being during the pregnancy.
The massage is perceived as wonderfully soothing and has a noticeable aftereffect. Among other things, the release touch can help to relieve stress, tensions, exhaustion, restlessness and many other disorders.
I use a range of massage techniques including gliding strokes and kneading common to classic massage, but also fascia release, Spinning babies techniques, soft tissue release and deep-tissue techniques.
Normally a session lasts a minimum one hour. As part of Urban Sports Club, I offer a half-hour version as a trial massage for the first time with me. You can also book a 45 min, whole hour or hour and half for an additional payment (see below 'Special features').

-60min Compact Full Body Massage (+50€): compact Full body session
-90min Full Body Massage (+72€): the full treatment, recommended if you know you are under stress, pain or tension.

Let me know your name and Urban Sports Club number, and whether you'd like a half, 45 min, full hour or hour and a half (each one with a corresponding additional cost), and I will let you know the available time slots. If you are unable to make the appointment, please cancel up to 12 hours in advance or the visit will be deducted from your monthly visit limit and a fee will be charged.
