***Please note, dear due to an pop up event, we are holding all classes in the Lavender Shala in Arts de Lavanda, Carrer Paradis 6. While the modern world more often transforms such practices into a pursuit of individual efficiency, at Nestra, we strive to reconnect to the base of it, aiming to cultivate a heightened consciousness, nurture self and social responsibility, creativity and joy. At Nestra, we believe that growth, healing and self-realization are rights for all, not privileges for a few, which is reflected in collaboration with NGOs and their commitment to social inclusivity. Our mission is to create a space where everyone, regardless of their background or abilities, finds a practice that resonates with them, makes them meet themselves and others, be creative and simply just be.
