Our Yoga Studio is a hidden sanctuary amongst the trees in Vondelpark, wrapped in a nest of wood & warmth. A place to pause, to move, to breathe & feel held in the heart of Amsterdam.
Our experienced teachers have been chosen for their passion and intrinsic motivation to teach from the heart. Offering restorative classes that help to soften & relax, and active classes to build strength and inspire.
Here, Yoga is more than just movement. It is an opportunity to take a moment for yourself, to explore the body, the mind, the heart. To find more lightness, more depth, more softness, more strength.
We are creating something special. Not for profit, but for purpose. Our purpose is to create a place for self development, for community, connection and living more consciously.

Wichtige Infos
ENTRANCE - For 7am classes - the entrance is through the big door at this address, for all other classes, the entrance to the yoga studio is through the garden & gift shop, 15 meters to the right of the big door. The staff will help you find your way.
SHOWERS - showers are currently not available as our changerooms are under construction.
CAFE - we have a cafe & gift shop that you are welcome to enjoy before or after class during opening hours.
After you have entered, the signs will show you the way to the studio, which is all the way at the top of the building.
Our changing rooms are still under construction but we do have a little room next to the studio to leave your shoes and belongings.
Bathrooms are available.
