Box-Sport in Neukölln Coach Meredith is a licensed USA Boxing Bronze Level Coach, and Kickboxing Trainer. She holds black belts in Kung Fu and Tae Kwon Do, and a Blue Sash in Chinese Sanda / Sanshou. She has extensive experience in professional training environments and has also taught hundreds of regular students at all levels, from age 4 to 60. Coach Meredith sees combat sports as a metaphor for life - where you train not just your physical abilities, but your focus and emotional resilience while building strong community bonds.
