Yoga in Gent I’m Natalie Shirvanian, founder of Breathing in Gent: Well-Being Studio and creator of The Mystic Method for Deep Sleep™. With a background in psychology, yoga, and meditation, I guide people to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. My approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, and simple rituals that go beyond the physical — helping you find calm, clarity, and inner balance. Whether in yoga or meditation, my focus is always on creating a safe, welcoming space where you can truly recharge.

Classes are small and intimate. Mats are available at the studio. Wear comfortable clothing. The studio is located in the city center, easy to reach by bike, tram, or on foot. If you’re coming by car, the best option is Parking Garage Reep.
