Comportafit was born in the Alentejo coast, in the village of Comporta, with nature as its influence and inspiration. Comportafit emerges from the desire to achieve balanced and healthy minds and bodies. Come and discover Comportafit Lisboa, our boutique studio designed to provide a warm and exclusive atmosphere. With small classes of just 5 to 6 participants, we ensure personalized attention, allowing our instructors to make individual corrections for optimal performance. At our studio, we offer Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, GAP classes and personal training , always focusing on well-being and the balance of body and mind
