Important: At Dugout+58, training is organized in fixed time slots in the batting cages and is conducted as individual training sessions. Opening hours and available training times can be found on the partner website. Advance booking is required. www.dugout58.com Included in your Batting Cage session: * 150 balls = 20-minute session * Access to a baseball/softball batting cage with a pitching machine with adjustable speed (40–70 mph) * Use of baseball bats (various models and sizes available) * Use of baseballs (official size and weight) * Batting helmets for safety (various sizes available) * Staff support for setup, safety briefing, and machine adjustments * Option to bring your own bat, helmet, or gloves Additional information: * Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for setup * Batting gloves are recommended but not a must. * All equipment must be returned after the session * Indoor sports shoes are required Email: [email protected]
