Getting ready is easy. Please bring dry underwear, swimwear, or sportswear for your session. Warm socks, gloves, and clogs are provided by our team. A face covering is required inside the cryotherapy chamber. If needed, masks are available at the front desk. You can check yourself in on the iPad at the front desk upon arrival. First-time?
