What to Bring and Wear: • You can wear swimwear, sportswear, or simply your regular underwear—whatever makes you feel most comfortable. • You can bring a robe to wear before and after your session for extra comfort. Or rent them for 5 euro's at the front desk. • We provide gloves, socks, and protective footwear, which are required for safety during the session. • Please bring a facemask or buy one at the frontdesk for 1 euro. Preparation Instructions: • Avoid applying lotions, creams, or oils to your skin at least 2 hours prior to your session. Meeting Point and Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete check-in and preparation.
