Our Reformer Pilates classes are designed to challenge you in all the right ways, building real, lasting strength with every session. Every workout is your opportunity to show up for yourself, to move with purpose, and to tap into the power you’re capable of. No gimmicks, no fluff – just honest, focused training that delivers real results. You can find our studio in our Holmes Place Ostkreuz Club (Hirschberger Str. 3). Check-in is downstairs at the reception. Our studio is upstairs in Studio 3.

Check-in at the reception of Holmes Place Ostkreuz and store your belongings in our lockers in front of the STORM Studio. Go up the stairs, turn right, and walk to the classrooms. You will find the REFORM Studio in Studio 3. First Timers on a Reformer: Please arrive at least 20 minutes early. Everyone is welcome, and no prior experience is needed! To get the most out of your REFORM journey, we recommend starting with at least three classes of REFORM: Essentials, our all-level format. This will help you build a strong foundation before progressing to REFORM: Strong or Core & Glutes. We do not allow late entry. If you are not in the studio upstairs at the time class starts, you will not be able to join. Plan to be ready and changed 10 min before class. Your check-in time downstairs will not be taken into consideration.
