We are the official Jivamukti Yoga Lisbon center. We will welcome you with a warm atmosphere and do everything possible to ensure that you have a positive Jivamukti Yoga experience.Our studio is located at Calçada da Boa Hora 182B 1300-415 Alcântara, Lisboa.This center started in 2019 with classes in Jardim da Estrela park by Maria, which later organically moved into this space with her community – our current residence, which has a big 100 square meter shala.
In September 2022 Maria and her beloved teacher Olga Oskorbina joined together maturing the project into an official Jivamukti Yoga studio. The first and the only official center in Lisbon.Our mission is to share the message of Jivamukti Yoga, which is a path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings.
You will experience a rigorous physical practice along with study of yogic philosophy, chanting mantras and meditation, all led by professional and creative certified Jivamukti yoga teachers. Together we strive to deliver a dynamic and empowering yoga experience in every class.

Se não puderes assistir à aula, deves cancelar a marcação com 12horas de antecedência. Caso contrário a visita será deduzida dos teus limites mensais e será cobrada uma taxa adicional.
Make sure you sign in at reception before each class.
Hygiene and clothes: Please use appropriate clean attire and wear a top for hygiene reasons. It is also more comfortable for teachers to give you a good assist if you have a shirt on.
If you use our studio’s mat, please clean it with the cleaning products provided in the room after you use it. If the mat is very wet, let it on the floor to dry. It is mandatory to bring your own mat.
Punctuality: With respect to your practice and concentration of other practitioners in the room try to be on time. If it so happened that you are late and arrive during dharma talk or chanting please enter and sit down, and only place your mat once asana part of the class begins.
Props: feel free to use all the props and please place them back neatly after the practice where you found them.
