YinYang Yoga with Liina - HAR studio
Yoga in Kreuzberg What a great way to start your Sunday morning - with a balancing blend of longer holds of Yin yoga and fluid movements of QiGong, gentle vinyasa flow, sun salutations and somatic explorations. The Yin & Yang practice brings together the two sides of the whole - the quality of Qi (lifeforce, energy) is enhanced by using the Yin practice to create space, acceptance and wakefulness with an unhurried and unambitious attitude; then bringing the mindful attitude into a active, flowing Yang practice improves the mobility of Qi. The intention is also to follow the cycles of seasons and the moon when deciding the propositions of Yin and Yang elements in the practice. Winter and new moon time of the month by nature invites us more into the yin. As days get longer, we are ready to rise, expand, move and invite more yang into our practice. HAR studio is a gorgeous light-filled space. We have all the props (mats, blankets, bolster, blocks). All levels of practitioners are welcome! We are at Urbanstrasse 116. On Sundays the front gate is locked, so right the HAR studio buzzer, then go to 2nd backyard, entrance is on the right side of Trappenhaus 5.
