M-Mitglieder können 4 Mal pro Monat Onda Yoga Studio (Wellness & Pilates, kein Yoga) besuchen. L & XL-Mitglieder können 8 Mal pro Monat Onda Yoga Studio besuchen.
Punctuality: It's important that you arrive on time for class, especially for your first session, to receive all the crucial information about the practice and the studio. Pre-Class Preparation: Eat a light meal at least 3 hours before class to avoid stomach upset during the practice, and ensure you are well-hydrated. Health Considerations: Communicate with your teacher about any relevant medical conditions. What to Bring: Bring a mat and towel. If you don’t have them, don’t worry—you can rent them at the studio.
