Welcome to OPEN – Wedding Yoga • Pilates • Sound • Red Light Open is a mindful space in Berlin for community, movement, healing and connection. Hof 3, EG rechts All classes are in English We offer Yoga and Pilates for all levels, taught by a warm, international teaching team. Our vision is to hold space for everyone — to move, to feel, and to connect. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you're welcome to practice at your own rhythm. - Unser Studio befindet sich im Hof 3 auf der rechten Seite und liegt bequem im Erdgeschoss. - Alle Kurse werden auf Englisch geleitet, um einen inklusiven Raum für unsere internationale Community zu schaffen. - Matten sowie alle Hilfsmittel wie Blöcke, Gurte und Decken stellen wir dir vor Ort kostenlos zur Verfügung. - Bring bitte bequeme Sportkleidung und deine eigene Wasserflasche mit. - Wähle deinen Kurs einfach im Kursplan aus und schließe deine Buchung für Urban Sports Club direkt online ab.
