Welcome to Orgánica Yoga - Healing Arts & Bodywork At Orgánica Yoga, I offer a range of holistic massage and bodywork treatments, including Ayurvedic Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Thai Acupressure, Deep Tissue Massage, Foot Reflexology, and Energy Healing sessions. I am offering different Yoga classes (Ashtanga Yoga at Blue Birds Yoga West) and also Online (Yoga Nidra & Yin). Each season I offer different workshops such as Ayurveda Lifestyle, Sound Healing Ceremonies or Ashtanga Yoga related. I am an Ayurvedic & Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, Holistic Therapist, and Yoga Teacher. Each treatment is intuitively guided and may naturally include elements of Reiki, chakra balancing, or sound healing, creating a deeply holistic experience.
