Yoga in Kreuzberg Acroyoga is an exciting and challenging way to improve your flexibility, awareness, inversion practice, balance, and strength. It also builds confidence and trust in yourself and other people. You'll be introduced to the basic movements, refinements, and progressions, as well as the roles in acroyoga: base, flyer, and most important, the spotter. The course is for beginner acroyogis. No partner required, No experience required! Safety, teamwork and persistence are key. I create a learning environment in which you are free to take smart risks, say no when you need to, and explore your capabilities. My goal is that you leave my class feeling empowered, joyful, connected, and full of care for yourself and the people around you. Die jeweilige Storniernungsfrist wird bei der Buchung angezeigt. Andernfalls wird dir der Besuch von deinem monatlichen Besuchslimit abgezogen und in Rechnung gestellt.
