Rostudios Munich Schwabing - Studio 1
Roform is a Reformer Pilates class. Control, pace, strength, and precision are at the core of ROFORM. During these 50-minute sessions, you'll improve your posture, build core strength, increase your mobility, and naturally balance your mind. While each class has a central focus (think upper body, core, or glutes), you'll engage every muscle as you flow through the movements. Pilates is a mind-body practice designed to bring us back into our bodies and the present moment. This is the essence of what we do in our studios. We also know that workouts should be fun and inspiring! So, expect the music to motivate you, the instructor to push you through those final pulses, and to walk out feeling strong and alive.

Wichtige Informationen:
We charge a fee of €2 for shower towels, or you can bring your own towel. We ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your workout. The doors close 5 minutes before the class starts. Wearing grip socks is mandatory. You can bring your own socks or purchase Roform socks at the studio.
