SAPTA Yoga
Yoga in Neukölln SAPTA Yoga is a school dedicated to genuine practices of yoga. The morning classes start your day with a steady yet gentle practice suited to all levels. The evening-classes provide in-depth learning of Āsana, prāṇāyāma, kriyā, meditation and philosophy. Soft release and Mobility flow complement our Vinyasa-based program. You'll find a community of down-to-earth practitioners and teachers, a practice that centers your learning and understanding, a friendly environment and a beautiful space. We are a small team of experienced teachers who care about your well-being and progress. As long-term practitioners ourselves, we know a thing or two about the practice and are eager to share our knowledge. We honour the tradition of yoga as a spiritual practice towards collective liberation. We stay informed by current scientific perspectives and consciously step away from commercialised trends. Classes are in German and/or English.

From Karl-Marx-Str.: Walk past the first entrance door: The LARGE GATE at left side of the front building it is. Ring the bell (Can't find the doorbell? Wrong door ; ) Walk STRAIGHT AHEAD to the new building and ring the bell at the second entrance. First floor, right side. Please bring your own mat if possible, as we only have a limited number available. Kindly leave your drinks and devices in the changing area or kitchen. We give hands-on assists with care and in a supportive manner. Please be on time: 5–15 min. before the class starts. We cannot guarantee entry if you arrive after the class has begun.
