Our roots lie in exclusive, high-end personal training, one-on-one and duo sessions, guided by an exceptionally experienced team that works with the precision of a craftsman and the attentive eye of a coach who truly understands your needs. And now, we’re opening this serene space to small group sessions as well. Intimate, focused, and held to the same high standards that define our studio. All classes focus on conscious movement, strength, mobility, recovery and long-term physical well-being.     Our Classes: - emPOWER for Women - A women-only strength training session designed to build physical strength, confidence and connection. Expect a supportive and empowering environment where technique, resilience and community come together. - Functional Patterns Based Training - This class focuses on retraining natural movement patterns to improve posture, efficiency and overall movement quality. Sessions are guided by biomechanical principles and aim to reduce pain and enhance functional strength. - Mat Pilates - A mat-based Pilates class focusing on core strength, alignment, mobility and controlled movement. Ideal for improving posture, body awareness and overall stability. - Organic Strength - A functional bodyweight strength class that combines strength, flow and coordination, inspired by Ido Portal and Roye Gold. Expect full-body movements that improve both muscular strength and mobility in a natural, sustainable way. - Breathwork - A guided breathing session designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and improve focus. Breathwork supports recovery, mental clarity and a deeper connection between body and mind. - Small Group Personal Training - Train in a small group while receiving individual guidance. These sessions combine the benefits of personal training with the motivation of group training, focusing on technique, movement quality and personal progression. Practical info: The gym is located in a historic building, which can feel a bit cold during more relaxed classes in autumn/winter. Wearing something warm is advised. Take off your outdoor shoes at the entrance. Bring indoor shoes or just wear your (yoga) socks or go barefoot inside. Bring your own lock if you want to use a locker. Arrive on time, but no more than 10 minutes early. Please wait on the large couch at the entrance until the teacher comes to pick you up. Toilets are upstairs from the common hallway.
