Sarah Safi Harb of The Dance Movement wholeheartedly invites you to dance, move and be moved! Dance can help you calm the busy mind and come into the body in order to release stress, feel fitter, have fun, and make a positive connection with your body and others. Originally from Lebanon, Sarah founded The Dance Movement in 2010 and has since been offering Raqs Sharqi (Bellydance) classes. Sarah integrates her Lebanese background, knowledge of Yoga and holistic dance practices in her classes. Sarah's vision is that every person has their own way of movement and dancing, she encourages people to find their own style and express their uniqueness. As it doesn’t matter how you dance, but how you feel and what you express while dancing!

    BE ON TIME: 10 min in advance. Entrance CLOUD/Danslab: De Constant Rebecqueplein 20-B, 2518 RA Den Haag. Next to ZAAL 3. Ring the doorbell CLOUD. Door opens (you won’t hear anything). Walk towards the next door, this one opens as well. Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor. At the end of the corridor you will find dance studio CLOUD PLEASE BE ON TIME! AT LEAST 10 MIN PRIOR TO START. ARRIVING LATE IS NOT APPRECIATED! What to wear? Wear something you feel pretty and comfortable in. Shoes: bare feet, socks or soft ballet shoes. Scarf for the hips: If you have one bring it with you, if not I have some at the studio you could borrow. Bring a bottle of water Your crown, because yes you are queen!
