Join us for an invigorating training experience in Oost, led by Wendy, an experienced athlete and movement specialist. This location offers a variety of training sessions tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete. The program include running sessions designed for all levels, from beginners looking to build their endurance to seasoned runners aiming for speed and efficiency. If you reached the age of 60 years you can join our Keep Fit trainings that will keep you active. For those navigation life changes, I also offer specialised 'fit in the transition, trainings aimed building and keeping muscle strength during transitional phases. Additionally I provide trainings at other locations and open water swimming, powerwalk and triathlon trainings, allowing you to diversify your fitness routine and embrace new challenges. Come and train with Wendy in Oost, where sociability meets fitness, and take your first step towards achieving your goals!

Wichtige Informationen:
The running sessions will be outside and the "Keep Fit 60" + and "Fit in de overgang" trainings will be inside the sports hall. It's possible to store your personal belongings. 10% of each training session goes to the KWF (Dutch Cancer Society)
