Every class integrates Reformer, Tower, and Chair, creating a more intelligent approach to strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness. With a maximum of 7 participants, each session offers focused guidance and precise corrections. Classes are suitable for all levels, from beginner to experienced, with the instructor carefully supporting each individual throughout the session.     Arrival Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to check in and settle in. Late arrivals may not be able to join once the session has started, to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Attire Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows freedom of movement. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. Socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed. Level & Safety All classes are suitable for every level, from beginner to experienced. Instructors provide individual guidance throughout the session. If you are pregnant, have injuries, or specific physical considerations, please inform the instructor before class so appropriate modifications can be offered.
