🚨 PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE FOLLOWING INFO: 💡 What to Expect: • This is a guided track workout focused on VO₂max training—short, high-intensity intervals that help push your cardiovascular capacity. • It’s suitable for people of all levels—from beginners to advanced—because the session is paced individually using a simple VDOT system (race pace based). • You’ll learn how to train smarter and leave with a better understanding of your fitness level. 💥 Why It Matters: • VO₂max is the strongest predictor of your cardiovascular health and running performance. • Improving your VO₂max will help you run faster at all distances and support long-term health and longevity. • Even just one session a week can make a real difference over time. 🧭 How It Works: • We meet at a running track and do a warm-up, some technique drills, followed by high-intensity running intervals and a cooldown. • No watch? No problem! We provide a printed pace chart and help you find your right pace group. • Sessions are coached and structured—you'll always know what you're doing and why. 📍 Where to Go: • Location: Sportkomplex Berlin - Paul-Heyse-Straße • Look for the coach wearing a cap near the 100m starting line or main entrance. • Please make sure you arrive 5–10 minutes early. • Make sure to check in via the Urban Sports Club App. ⏰ Important Notes: • You must book via the Urban Sports Club app—no walk-ins allowed. • Please bring comfortable running shoes, a bottle of water, and dress for the weather. • If you're unsure about your pace or fitness level, don't worry—we’ll help you adjust. 🙋‍♀️ Questions?
