Your Shavasana massage is assured (: The YOGA class is built around 5 tenets that are AHIMSA (Non-violence), BHAKTI (Devotion), SHASTRA (study of ancient scriptures), DHYANA (Meditation) and NADA (Sound). The sequence varies and is taught in Vinyasa style. It includes a short warm-up sequence, sun salutations, standing asanas, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation.
