Yo-Jo, Yoga with José, Et Kapellche

Yoga in Köln - Deutz IMPORTANT: Props (blocks, strap...) will be provided but you are required to bring your own mat. My name is José. I conceive yoga as an art with no presentations; in my classes you won’t find them. Together we will introduce the asana praxis to the new practitioners or improve the technique of the most experienced ones. Each body is a wonderful temple to enjoy their possibilities and learn about their boundaries. My mission as a teacher is that you actually learn something new and, step by step, contribute to your personal path, whichever direction it takes.

 The class starts with a short breath work. After that dynamic sequences of movements will be added, in which we will take conscious of our body and explore its limits, and hopefully going beyond them in a healthy way. If you even experience effects on your state of mind, you will make me extremely happy. The course is an open class, and will be held mainly in English, with option to German
