Your questions answered
Whenever you visit a partner venue, you will have to scan the QR code in order to participate in a class or to do your workout. Each scan counts as a check-in.
If you take part in a Live Online class or Masterclass from your home, a link to the class will be sent to you by e-mail and be available in your membership profile. Opening that link will count as a check-in, too.
Please be aware that you can only have one check-in per partner a day and that for PRO- and BUSINESS memberships, only one check-in per day is possible. Other limits may apply depending on the country in which you are using the membership and membership type.
If you request cancellation at least three days before the end of your current membership cycle (72 hours before the renewal of your membership / count starts from midnight), your membership will be closed at the end of your current membership cycle with no further payment. If you cancel your membership after this, your membership will end after an additional month. You can request the cancellation yourself from your membership profile.
You can easily cancel your current membership from your profile on our website at the end of the current membership month. Please make sure to request the cancellation at least three days before the end of your membership cycle.
Once the cancellation has come into effect, you can either sign up again with a whole new corporate membership via your company’s registration page or reactivate the membership under the corporate conditions that apply to you, as explained in the following:
1) Log in on www.urbansportsclub.com with your former log-in data
2) Please ignore the reactivate buttons and change the URL in the browser address to the landing page that the company you want to sign up with will provide. Before you open the link, add /reactivate the URL. (www.urbansportsclub.com/companyURL/reactivate)
3) Reactivate your membership with the desired plan.
Of course, we guarantee that we won’t charge you for the service as long as none of the above applies.
For example, PRO and BUSINESS members can check in once per day, and BUSINESS members can only check-in in Germany. All corporate memberships start on the first of a month (more details here), and pausing conditions might also differ.

Option one: Instant upgrade. You can upgrade your membership, effective immediately. If you choose this option, you will pay the difference between the two plans right away and then pay the higher price from next month. Your membership cycle will remain the same as before the upgrade. We would recommend choosing option two if your next membership month is due to start soon.
Option two: Upgrade from the start of your next membership month. You will remain with your current plan until the start of the next membership month, meaning you will just be charged for the higher plan on your usual billing date
Downgrade your account
You can downgrade your membership from the start of your next membership month at any time for no extra cost.
Please note: Your visit limits are reset on the first of each month, regardless of whether you upgrade or downgrade your account.
