You can cancel your annual membership 3 days before it ends. An extension for another year is possible 30 days before it ends. If you neither cancel nor extend, you will automatically continue with a monthly membership.

What are check-ins?
With your Urban Sports Club membership, you can choose from a great variety of sports partners and do sports on-site or online from your home. When you visit a partner venue, you will have to scan the QR code to participate in a class or do your workout. Each scan counts as a check-in. If you check in to an online class from your home, a link to the class will be sent to you by email and be available in your membership profile. Opening that link will count as a check-in, too. Please be aware that you can only have one check-in per partner a day and that other visit limits may apply depending on the partner venue, country, and membership type.
What are Plus check-ins?
Plus check-ins are limited check-ins that are significantly more expensive than regular check-ins. Those include wellness (saunas and massages), EMS, boutique studios, and cryotherapy, to mention a few. With an L membership, you have 4 Plus check-ins per month included in your regular check-ins. With an XL membership, you have 8 Plus check-ins per month included in your regular check-ins. Your massage limits are included in the Plus check-ins count.
Can I choose my own start date?
Yes. You can pick a start date up to two weeks from today when you sign up and finalize the checkout process. Your membership fee is always charged on the same day of the month per your start date. You’ll be able to make bookings and check in from your start date on. If you sign up with a corporate membership, you can choose between the 1st of the current month (retrospectively) or the 1st of the following month as a start date. Corporate memberships only can start on the 1st of a month.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you request your cancellation at least three days before the end of your current membership month (72 hours before the monthly renewal of your membership / count starts from midnight), your membership will end at the end of your current billing cycle with no further payment. If you cancel your membership after this, your membership will end after an additional month. You can request the cancellation yourself from your membership profile.
What is a venue check-in limit?
There are different visit limitations for each membership. At partner venues, you can check-in either daily, 4 times or 8 times per calendar month. The respective number of visits and check-ins depend on the partner venue, your membership tariff and the country you are in. Multiple check-ins per day at one venue are not allowed.
