The positive effects of swimming are now common knowledge. This full-body workout strengthens all your muscles (especially the back and arms), improves your endurance and has a positive impact on your overall fitness. It is also easy on the joints and burns tons of calories, making it an ideal cardio workout. After a stressful day at work, gliding through the water at your own pace can have a calming, regenerative, and almost meditative effect. 

Looking for a family-friendly activity? No problem: many of Urban Sports Club’s partner pools are suitable for all ages, with many offering designated child play areas where kids can get wet and wild.
