Experience deep relaxation through Michelle's healing hands. At Ayurveda Yoga we use several different forms of therapy as a bridge to yoga. First healing our physical bodies and awakening our senses to move deeper in to healing our mental bodies and beyond. The Integrative Thai Massage sessions aim to bring you healing through ultimate relaxation. Techniques you may encounter during your session include Thai Yoga Massage, Joint Release, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Acupressure and Deep Tissue. ​These sessions offer a great opportunity for self care so you can walk away feeling ​tranquil free warm blissful euphoric peaceful *Please make sure to come a few minutes ahead to arrive well and to be prepared to start right on time. *You will be clothed during the session so wear loose and comfortable clothing that's easy to move around in.
