Enrico has been intensively dedicated to meditation and during this time he has gained profound knowledge and experience in Buddhist, Hindu, and Tantric meditations as well as energetic systems. As a trained body psychotherapist, he has a profound knowledge that allows him to explain the physiological and psychological effects of meditation. He understands not only the theoretical concepts but also the practical applications and the interactions of mind and body. With his passion and dedication, he is able to make complex topics understandable and respond to questions with deep insight.
