Our Three Spaces
THE GOLDEN TEMPLE — Reformer Pilates: A refined space for strength, precision, alignment, and deep core work.
THE RED TEMPLE — Mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga & Movement: Light-filled and grounding, designed for flow, burn, balance, and mindful movement.
THE RED SPACE — Red Light & Recovery: A sanctuary for restoration, longevity, and nervous system care.
THE WELLNESS SPACE - Book your Self Guided Flow (Finnish Rooftop Sauna, Cold Plunge Room, Infrared Sauna)
Our carefully curated class program brings together movement, mindfulness, and longevity. Classes are designed to support the natural rhythms of your body and cycle — honoring days that call for intensity and heat, as well as days that ask for gentleness and restoration.
Our café is already open, inviting you to slow down, connect, and linger a little longer before or after class.

Please note that this is a binding reservation and the cancellation policy must be respected. The specific cancellation deadline will be shown during the booking process.
If you miss the cancellation deadline, the visit will be deducted from your monthly quota and charged accordingly.
Note: The check-in process via QR code at the studio remains unchanged.
