IMPORTANT INFO- the class it's in Hasenheide Park!! - meeting point: Columbiadamm 160, 12049 Berlin at 13H30. There's a problem with app and it's why i'm not able to cancel this location. My approach to Contact Improvisation is embracing the full potential of a multi layered practice that involves and develops physics laws, social engagement and the ability of being present (here and now) that improvisation instigates on us. The core of the practice it’s a relational awareness ( with oneself, with the environment and with the other) dismantling the illusion of isolation and separation. It’s a movement practice that works on physical aspects of your body while remaining extremely revealing of our patrons of relating with the Other; and in this way it’s an incredible and safe tool to work on these patrons. It’s a lab for social relations and a deeper understanding of the self.
