At Punto Cubano, we invite you to explore the exciting world of Salsa Cubana through Casino, the vibrant and energetic dance born in the clubs and streets of Cuba. Whether you’re new to dancing or an experienced dancer, our classes are designed to help you grow, have fun, and connect with others on the dance floor.
What We Offer:
Weekly Classes: Join us for regular classes in Salsa Cubana (Casino) for beginners and advanced dancers. Our classes focus on connection, musicality, and learning to dance freely while respecting the roles of leading and following.
Workshops and Bootcamps: We offer Bootcamps and Workshops several times a month that dive deeper into Cuban music, dance techniques, and advanced patterns, with plenty of time to practice and ask questions.
Our Teaching Philosophy: We believe in personalized attention in our small group classes, where you will receive individual feedback to help you improve. We emphasize connection, leading and following, and learning to express yourself through the music. Cuban music, especially Timba (Salsa Cubana), is at the heart of our classes, allowing you to interpret its rhythms and energy in unique ways.
Our goal is simple: to have fun while learning, improve technique, and become a dance partner that others enjoy dancing with. Join us to build confidence, meet like-minded dancers, and experience the joy of Cuban Salsa!
