Wear light, comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes, you’ll sweat! Feel free to bring water. Lockers are available at the entrance, and showers, toilets, and changing rooms are located on the first floor. Before class starts, you can take a seat in the lobby.
Sky Health – The Box is located at Haagsche Bluf 37, 2511 CN The Hague, Netherlands, right in the vibrant city centre. The gym is surrounded by lively cafés, shops, and restaurants, just a short walk from Grote Markt and Binnenhof, making it easily accessible and part of The Hague’s energetic urban atmosphere.
You can reach The Box conveniently by public transport. Tram lines 2, 3, 4, and 6 all stop at Grote Markt, which is only a 2-minute walk away. The Den Haag Centraal train station is also within walking distance (about 10–12 minutes).
If you’re arriving by car, several parking options are available nearby, including the Q-Park Grote Markt, Q-Park City Parking, and Interparking Helicon garages — all within a few minutes’ walk from the gym.
