Yoga

Our Yoga Studio is a hidden sanctuary amongst the trees in Vondelpark, wrapped in a nest of wood & warmth. A place to pause, to move, to breathe & feel held in the heart of Amsterdam. Our experienced teachers have been chosen for their passion and intrinsic motivation to teach from the heart. Offering restorative classes that help to soften & relax, and active classes to build strength and inspire. Here, Yoga is more than just movement. It is an opportunity to take a moment for yourself, to explore the body, the mind, the heart. To find more lightness, more depth, more softness, more strength. We are creating something special. Not for profit, but for purpose. Our purpose is to create a place for self development, for community, connection and living more consciously. We are currently transforming the beautiful space of De Roos into something truly special for you to enjoy and the yoga is just the first chapter...
