Pilates, Pilates Reformer

Studio Bondi Bankastraat is one of our reformer pilates studios in The Hague, located in the Archipel area. The schedule includes reformer pilates, sculpt and cardio classes, as well as a weekly pre and postnatal session. Classes strengthen the body from the core, refine posture and create a strong, lengthened and balanced feel in the body. Regular practice helps reduce tension in the lower back and shoulders. All classes are guided by highly qualified teachers. New to reformer? Start with Reformer Fundamentals to get familiar with the machine and build a strong foundation. About: Studio Bondi reimagines Yoga and Pilates, seamlessly blending tradition with modern innovation. Our thoughtfully designed spaces are created to help you turn inward, with every detail curated for your best experience. We offer Yoga, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Immersives to elevate your practice or deepen relaxation. All classes are beginner-friendly.

Grip socks are required (available for purchase at the studio). We recommend arriving at least 5-10 minutes before the class starts. This allows you to check in, find your spot, get familiar with your reformer and get ready without feeling rushed. Once the class begins, the studio doors will be closed.
