Every month there is a new mixtape and a new routine combining unique choreography for taking up space in your body and in the room.

We dance in the Theatre at Arts Space in Exile - Hotel Continental.
TAKE NOTE:
💚Sometimes for the cool down, we lie or kneel on the floor, if you prefer to have a mat you need to bring your own
💛We either dance barefoot or in indoor shoes only. No outdoor shoes allowed on the dance floor
💜Dress comfortably to move and feel free to be cute!
