You can try here yoga classes • Language: English • Eating 1-2 hours before the class, ideally • Leave the phone in the dressing room • You can always come to practice meditation 10 minutes earlier • Warn the teacher before the lesson about damage, injuries, pregnancy • There will be tactile adjustments during the lesson
