Each Pausify session is structured in 3 parts:
11:00-11:30: Meet and Greet (coffee, tea & snacks included)
11:30-12:30 Focus on your book or a creative project — writing, painting, knitting, journaling — whatever you feel like doing
12:30-13:30 Discuss books and creative projects in small groups
