Mehr Details für Pilates in Sevilla

Pilates ist eine Trainingsmethode, mit der du deinen gesamten Körper stärken kannst. Der Fokus liegt auf der Aktivierung deiner Körpermitte, dem sogenannten Powerhouse. Im späten 19 Jahrhundert erfunden, trainiert diese Fitnessform deinen Körper, verbessert deine Flexibilität, deine Haltung und deine Koordination, indem sie sich auf deine Bauchmuskeln, Hüftstrecker und -beuger sowie deinen unteren Rücken konzentriert.

Traditionelle Pilateskurse finden auf einer Matte statt, doch bei verschiedenen anderen Varianten, wie Pilates Reformer und Aerial Pilates, kommen Trainingsgeräte, Gurte und sogar Hängematten zum Einsatz, um deine Ausrichtung optimal zu unterstützen.

Pilates ist so vielseitig, dass so gut wie jeder es machen kann.
