Challenge your endurance and strength with runs, sprints, sled pushes and strength sets that hit right when the music drops. RUSH rotates through 3 focused routines each week: RUSH_lower, RUSH_upper and RUSH_full. Same 50-minute format. Same treadmill-to-workstation flow. Endless potential. After your workout, we invite you to unwind in our Recovery Zone, powered by Hyperice. Slip into our compression boots to help stimulate circulation and support muscle recovery, or elevate your warm-up with our high-performance massage guns, massage balls or vibrating rollers designed to loosen tight muscles and improve mobility. And while you recharge, treat yourself to one of our freshly made protein smoothies — the perfect way to refuel and recover. Your workout doesn’t end at the last rep. This is where recovery begins.
