RUSH rotates through 3 focused routines each week: RUSH_lower, RUSH_upper and RUSH_full. Same 50-minute format. Same treadmill-to-workstation flow. Endless potential. After your workout, we invite you to unwind in our Recovery Zone, powered by Hyperice. Slip into our compression boots to help stimulate circulation and support muscle recovery, or elevate your warm-up with our high-performance massage guns, massage balls or vibrating rollers designed to loosen tight muscles and improve mobility.
