Animal Flow with Eva @Liubov Dance studio
Animal Flow is a bodyweight training that includes quadrupedal locomotions and primal movements. It's effective for mobility, strength, and coordination improvement. The class includes a first warm up, study of the foundation and the combination of movements through rhythmic and dynamic sequences. The result is a choreographic workout to wake up the body and mind. Eva invites you to discover the potential of this practice that will challenge you in new ways! Please arrive within 15 minutes of the start of class. No mats or props required. The session is led in English and it's open level. Eva takes care of creating a welcoming environment for everyone. About the instructor: Eva Alberti is a professional dancer with over 15 years of dance training. She is a certified Animal Flow instructor, yoga and pilates teacher. In her classes she combines all her different backgrounds.
