Mahalaya bedeutet 'großer Tempel' und ist ein Herzensort für Yoga, ein heiliger Raum für Dich, indem Du Sein darfst.
2012 haben wir als reines Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga) Studio gestartet, denn das war unsere erste große Yoga-Liebe. Nach und nach kamen andere Yogastile dazu und nun findest Du neben Hot Yoga auch Vinyasa Yoga, Forrest Yoga und Yin Yoga im angenehm warmen Raum. Hier und da entführen wir dich gerne auch in die Welt der Klänge, ätherischen Öle und anderer heilsamer Künste.

Du kannst gerne Deine eigene Matte mitbringen oder eine bei uns für 3€ mieten.
Bitte plane bei dem ersten Besuch eine halbe Stunde mehr Zeit ein, damit nichts schief gehen kann.

Mahalaya means 'great temple' and is a place of the heart for yoga, a sacred space for you to be.
In 2012 we started as a pure Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga) studio, because that was our first great yoga love. Gradually, other yoga styles were added and now, in addition to hot yoga, you can also find Vinyasa Yoga, Forrest Yoga and Yin Yoga in a pleasantly warm room. Here and there, we are happy to take you into the world of sounds, essential oils and other healing arts.

You are welcome to bring your own mat or rent one from us for 3€.
Please allow half an hour more time on your first visit so that nothing can go wrong.
