Hi there, Welcome to Breath & Beyond - Outdoor @ Humboldthain! This is a space for you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the nature around you. Through a combination of gentle movement and breathwork, you are invited to release stress, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body. There is no pressure to perform – you can arrive exactly as you are and move at your own pace. Whether you are completely new or already experienced, you are welcome. Sessions take place in small groups of up to 12 people, allowing for a personal and attentive experience, with hands-on assistance when appropriate. All sessions are guided by me, Mandy, allowing for continuity and the gradual building of trust over time. I’m a certified 500-hour yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and breathwork facilitator. All sessions are trauma-informed and designed to offer a safe, grounded, and supportive environment for your practice. HOW TO FIND ME We will meet in Humboldthain. Please follow the pin on the map. No equipment is provided as we practice outdoors. • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. We will start on time to create a calm and uninterrupted space. • We will meet in Humboldthain. You are welcome exactly as you are. • Wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in. • Please avoid heavy meals directly before the session.
