Feroze Hot Yoga Frankfurt
Yoga in Frankfurt am Main - Innenstadt I Original Hot Yoga is a series of 26 yoga postures & 2 breathing exercises taught in 60 and 90-minute classes. Each pose is a challenge based on personal abilities. The postures are done in the safe environment of a heated room so that deep stretch can relieve the body’s resistance without the risk of injury. This original hot yoga has been widely featured in the press for many years, renowned for its miraculous healing ability.
