Yoga in Frankfurt am Main - Innenstadt I Original Hot Yoga is a series of 26 yoga postures & 2 breathing exercises taught in 60 and 90-minute classes. Each pose is a challenge based on personal abilities. The postures are done in the safe environment of a heated room so that deep stretch can relieve the body’s resistance without the risk of injury.
