Heat Lab - NDSM
Heat Lab is an outdoor sauna concept from Copenhagen. At Heat Lab we do one thing: Saunagus. Saunagus is a facilitated sauna session consisting of three powerful rounds of heat and cold, designed to reset your body and mind. Shaped by a facilitator, we use scent, steam, and music, to lead you through. It’s never about performance, but presence. Each session lasts around 75 minutes, with pauses between rounds to cool down and reconnect. It’s a journey through intensity and calm. We have a large 3 degree cold plunge so you can cool down between rounds. It is not just another sauna. This is an entirely new way to experience sauna, designed for maximum health benefits and relaxation. Try out your new favourite habit.

We are a completely outdoor concept with minimalistic facilities. Our showers are outdoors and with cold water only. We have a small space for a change of clothes with safe storage and bathrooms. We have cold drinking water and free electrolytes available at the site. Bring: - Swimwear - Two towels (one to sit, one to dry with) - Water bottle - Flipflops
