Fitness in Berlin Welcome to held: movement for mothers, where motherhood is championed, bodies are celebrated, and community is cultivated. held:movement for mothers offers movement classes rooted in the Bowspring method, an integrative, dynamic, flowing practice where science meets soul. Combining strength with openness, it's perfect for pregnancy. About Liz: Mother of a 1 year old, I got inspired to teach prenatal yoga during my own pregnancy journey. I bring my 13-year background of yoga and fitness instruction as well as somatic and biomechanics study to the table. I love connecting body to soul, and humans to each other.
