Wellness Space & 30 Minute Red Light Classes Our Wellness Space and our 30 Minute Red Light Classes are two separate offerings and must be booked individually. Access depends on your Urban Sports Club membership. Wellness Space Our Wellness Space is a sanctuary for contrast, clarity and connection. Featuring a Finnish sauna, cold showers and infrared sauna, it is designed to support nervous system regulation, circulation, recovery and deep rest. Book a Self Guided Wellness Flow and enjoy one hour to move intuitively between heat, cold and rest at your own pace. More than recovery. A ritual for body and mind. 30 Minute Red Light Classes Our 30 Minute Red Light Classes are dedicated recovery sessions using professional red light and near infrared light therapy mats to support relaxation, recovery and overall wellbeing. Please note that booking a Red Light Class does not include access to the Wellness Space. Sauna, cold shower and infrared sauna must be booked separately as a Wellness Flow, depending on your Urban Sports Club membership and booking eligibility.

What should I keep in mind for the sauna? You’re free to choose how you enter the sauna. It’s important to us that any clothing worn is skin-friendly and heat-resistant. Please avoid synthetic or plastic-based materials. We value naturalness, comfort, and a space where your body can fully relax What do I need to bring? You are welcome to bring a towel for showering afterwards and an additional towel for the sauna. We recommend bringing a hamam towel or any large towel so that you can fully sit on it in the sauna, ensuring that no skin touches the wood. You can choose to enter naked or in skin-friendly textile. To make your visit extra comfortable, you may also bring a bathrobe. If you want to use the cold plunge, you can choose to enter with or without a dedicated bikini or bathing suit. Slippers are mandatory in the studio, so make sure to bring your bathing shoes or flip-flops. If you prefer to travel light, we also offer a few items at the studio for an additional fee. You can rent a bathrobe or a hamam sauna towel, and single-use slippers are available for purchase. Can I rent or buy wellness essentials on-site? Yes, you are welcome to rent or purchase wellness essentials on-site if you need them. Towel rental: 5€ Slipper: 1€ If you prefer, you can also purchase slippers for 1€.
